Little People Preschool

Little People Preschool & Childcare is proud to be a part of the Rainier Christian School District. Our facility is open to serve our families from 7:00am-5:30pm. Our preschoolers are engaged in academic activities daily from 8:30-11:00.

Here at Little People, our staff consider it a privilege to be a part of a preschoolers Early Childhood Education. We provide a high quality program designed to promote the spiritual, physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs of each child in our care. Taking this responsibility very seriously, we respect our parents and accept each child as a unique being–deserving of love, respect, care and a safe/healthy educational experience. Our facility is licensed by the State of Washington for the care of children ages 1-5 years, and meets rigid health, fire, and sanitation requirements and inspections.

The purpose of Little People is to provide quality Christ-centered childcare as a service to the community and parents we serve. We strive to create an environment of Christian love and acceptance where your child will find security and happiness in your absence. We seek to provide guidance for your child, which would enable them to relate to adults and children their own age, and to cope within their own world. We strive to build positive self-esteem in each child through fun, successful experiences throughout their preschool day.

Because we are a Christian based preschool/childcare, Bible stories, praise songs, and scripture verses are included as a part of our teaching program. Our preschoolers participate in an interactive Chapel that is held each Friday. We believe that every child deserves a foundation of knowing about Christ, and without it, education is not complete.
