2024-2025 Mid-Year Enrollment

Application Process (Kindergarten to Grade 12):
Step 1: Create an account/Login and submit the application with a $75 application fee.
If you have a current RCS preschool student entering Kindergarten, you DO NOT need to go over this application process.
Please log in to your Family Portal or contact student.accounts@rainierchristian.org
to fill out an enrollment form.
Step 2: Additional paperwork, interviews, and testing.
* Transcript (Middle School and High School)
Step 3: Enrollment Packet
Upon acceptance, an email will be sent with the instructions for creating a Family Portal account. The follow-up opens the link to our online ENROLLMENT PACKET.
* Fill out student forms
* Set up FACTS account and select payment plan
* Upload Documents:
Immunization Form/Exemption Form- Department of Health Immunization Guideline,
Birth Certificate,
Parent Driver's license or another form of legal identification which includes the parent's name and photo
* Pay registration fee
The enrollment packet must be completed at least 2 business days prior to the start date.
New Family: $575 facilities fee is due within 10 days of enrollment submission. Adding the charge to the FACTS account is how most families move forward through the process.
